5.1 Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

5.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alvinkelly.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.4 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
